If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Telesto Designs is pleased to offer a return option within 14 days of your order’s arrival for a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of delivery date. returned merchandise must include vendor packaging, and must be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. shipping costs cannot be refunded. please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be authorized and process.

* To return or exchange Telesto Designs merchandise, please, follow instructions below:

1. Place item in original shipping package, copy of the invoice and a reason for your return or exchange of the product.

2. Please indicate the word EXCHANGE or RETURN on the outside of the parcel.

 

* A full refund will be issued when we receive the item in its original condition.

In the case of exchange, shipping for the new item will be free of charge.

Please allow 10 business days to process your request (return/exchange).
